Our family is incredibly grateful for Coach Ginnie and Coach Rette with Get Ready to Swim. I reached out to Ginnie to discuss next steps for our 4 year old son with swimming after he had developed a fear of water due to a negative experience with another swim instructor. We were unsure of a path forward for him and Ginnie assured me that she and Rette and the approach at Get Ready to Swim would be a great fit for him. She was correct! Ginnie took the first few days to develop trust with our son and make sure he felt safe in the water while gradually pushing him to progress forward with swimming. This was crucial and missing in the other swim lessons we had tried. She was calm, firm and fun. By the end of our time with her, our son was confidently swimming underwater and having fun again. She gave us the tools to continue practicing and improving his skills in the water while remaining available for questions and advice. I would highly recommend booking lessons with Get Ready to Swim.
